It is without a doubt - from what I saw - the jewel in the crown of Colombia.
When we got to Cabo San Juan de Guía campsite we were assigned our BedsIn a beautiful place. They were the last available, but those swinging hammocks tied to two coconut palms, had no roof covering them and the starry show we had that night left me speechless, mired in thoughts of other times, other cultures and unexplored paradises.
The most coveted place to sleep was the little house seen in the photo. Located on top of a rock, it was occupied by about 15 hammocks. The only thing is that it was covered by a roof and you couldn't contemplate the stars while you swayed. It was still a beautiful place to have a cabin.
What a footprint Tayrona left me! I know I will come back.
