The horizontal line of Chicago does not stop growing. One of the skyscrapers under construction is called Aqua and its construction is scheduled for completion during 2009.

It will have a height of 251 meters and a total of 87 floors. It is especially characterized because it will be the only one of its kind that will house a hotel structure, apartments and apartments inside. The first 18 floors will be allocated to hotel rooms, a total of 210. The next 34 floors will be designed for the use of rental apartments and the 28 highest floors will house 263 floors and attics.

But it is the balconies that are really going to make this new skyscraper unique. These, will extend to a maximum of three and a half meters of the perimeter of the tower, will wind and change slightly in each of the plants forming an undulation seen from the surface. Each of the plants will be in this unique way and the people of Chicago are waiting to see this new giant born that will beautify more - if it still fits - the spectacular horizontal line of the windy city.
