The euro has broken a new historical record placing the change to 1,415 dollars. That means a step backwards for European exporting companies as they find it much harder to compete with the prices of US dollar products.

On the other hand, for travelers it is great news. The majority of world currencies rise and fall with the beat of the dollar and for each euro that we exchange they will give us more bahts, more rails, more rupees and, of course, more dollars to enjoy our trip.
